Jean on reception was so accommodating and friendly. He helped us navigate our way around cognac and was always polite and friendly when he saw us. Fantastic location and close walk to bars, restaurants, shops and the beautiful river.

Both the receptionist ladies were lovely. They helped us with restaurant recommendations and something about the history of the town! We got a heads up before we arrived about a farmers demonstration, which was helpful to us to plan our arrival time. Parking was right outside, too!

Excellent hotel that met all expectations. Lovely staff. Room was clean and worked well - bathroom, shower, air conditioning, and bed. Hotel was quiet and in a fantastic location a few minutes from the center of Cognac. EXCELLENT value to stay in this area. Free parking on weekends across the street and around town.

Breakfast was ok as expected , location you couldn’t improve , right in the heart of the town surrounded by cognac houses and great restaurants .

Hotel location is amazing. In the very calm part of the Cognac center, close to Martell and Remy Martin. Big free parking just in front of the hotel. Hotel is cozy and clean, good option for solo travelers or couples. Ideal for business reasons. Breakfast was good with fresh food and bakery products. Staff was helpful when needed.

The room was very clean, with a good shower room. We everything we needed. Great location. Very friendly, helpful, cheerful staff who also spoke English...a great bonus for us as we have limited French.

Good location, free public parking nearby. Nice staff and good room for 1 night stay. Dog friendly.

Great location for walking into town with shops and cafes close by. Public parking opposite and street parking. Lovely selection for breakfast.
